Terms of Service

After Garment Pickup

Fitting and Review at Pickup

Explore our expert alterations and clothing repair services. Clients are encouraged to try on their garment at the time of pickup to ensure satisfaction with the alterations.

Once the garment has been reviewed and taken home, it is considered accepted by the client.

Guarantee Period

We offer a 3 - 7 business day guarantee period (customize as needed) after pickup for clients to notify us of any issues directly related to the alterations performed.

After this period, no claims or complimentary corrections will be accepted.

Corrections

If an error attributable to our work is identified within the guarantee perios, we will correct tha alteration at no additional charge and give it priority in our workshop.

Please Note:

If you choose to have your garment altered or serviced at another location, instead of returning, we cannot provide reimbursement for those costs.

Additional Adjustments

Reques for changes not related to the original alteration instructions (such as resizing, restyling, or design changes) will be considered new alterations and are subject to an additional fee.

Garment Use & Care

We are not responsable for any issues arising after pickup due to:

Improper wear or use of the garment
Changes in body size or measurements.
Damage from washing, dry, cleaning, or ironing.
